If you happen to live near Wells, ME there's a pastry shop called Anello's Pastries (www.anellospastries.com). Everything they bake at this Italian bakery is GF and DELICIOUS! They serve there, have cooking classes, and they also ship their dry mixes.

2Hey, if you're looking for Anello's Pastries, it's now located at 41 Congress St in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The name has changed to Anello's Cafe. It's the same owner, but the selection has quadrupedal. There are breakfast sandwiches, paninis, a full case of fresh deli salads and over 7 different types of fresh fruit dessert bars. Check it out, there plenty of seating the staff is amazing!
